[Under Construction]

Wing Block Technique Number Five

Attacker steps in to punch, sink weight, open hand block from his outside

Same as one to four, this time after grabbing wrist, slamming wing block into elbow, slide elbow up his arm, and into his neck, same time you elbow his neck, make sure to pull his arm same time. The results will be startling. Also notice the foot work, notice how when you step forwards, with one step, you snake around his leg and foot. Yes this is not easy, but who wants easy. Everything that is great, is hard, everything that comes easy, is bullshit.

After your elbow pierces his neck, swing rest of your arm around, smash your forearm  under his neck. Keep the motion going, do not stop the motion, and before you know it, you will have your opponent in one of the best holds you can ever put someone in.

As soon as you have him upside down, put both arms underneath his back and neck to finish the technique, actually has four different methods, learn from your teacher. However what happens next is brutal. snap neck, bring his back down on your knee, as you slide one foot back wards, your forward knee will point upwards, right into his back. Did not take pictures of end to this technique because of the many endings, again ask you teacher.

Always take care when training two man techniques, the better you take care of your partner, the better he will care for you. Actually the more you train together with one person, the better both of you will become. Every once in a while, make sure to change partners on one night, to make sure you always see that you have to adjust techniques to peoples size. One person is not going to be the same as someone else. When doing a self defense technique against someone six foot six, it is going to be a little different then defending against someone who is four foot one inch. I hope you see my point, and if at all you do not understand, ask your teacher. This is a very important aspect of martial arts. To know how to defend against people that are tall, short, fat, skinny, and everything in between. I could not believe it when Grand Master Chow started to teach me like this. He told me that if I was to defend myself against someone who is muscular, attack their muscles. If I was going to defend myself against someone skinny, attack their bone. If you are going to defend yourself against someone fat, or over weight, yes attack their fat. How would you attack fat. Well if you have someone that is over weight standing beside you right now, ask them to come over to you. Now stand up in front of them, grab their love handles, now make sure to have a good grip, and grab a smaller piece of the meat on his side, and squeeze, how high did he jump. " I told You", Now this is how Grand Master Chow taught me, and I could not believe how much of a science this was. At the same time, I could not believe how much Karate had lost over the years it was passed on from the Chinese Monks to the Okinawa people to protect themselves against the Japanese invaders, they were always enslaving the Okinawa people. Someone once told me that the American G.I.s were taught same as was passed on from the Buddhist Monks to the Okinawa people. The Okinawa people even up until the 60s, would not teach the Japanese the real Karate. The reason for this is the rape, stealing, for hundreds of years, even to this day the Japanese people treat Okinawa people with disrespect, They only taught them what they taught their primary school children. You know once I was told this, and it was explained to me in much better detail, it all made sense, think about it plain and simple, I mean my Gosh, if one was to Teach Karate, the only weapon you had against thugs who raped your wife and daughter, stole the food you needed to make it through the winter, are you going to teach these same people the only weapon you have that works against them. Just because they want it, I do not think so. Well the thing is they did finally agree to teach the Japanese people, but only what they taught their primary school children. The only reason for this was to have the teaching position in university, and other well paying jobs, the Japanese gave good jobs to anyone that would bring Karate or Kempo to Japan.
