Trapping hands techniques
Sifu Gallant steps in with right punch, Sifu Dee does not move until the very last second. He steps back one foot, to go into cat stance, as he does this he hooks his right hand over Sifu Gallants hand and then, keeps the circle going around
Sifu Gallant throws another punch, because Sifu Dee kept his other hand moving in a circle, he caught Sifu Gallants other hand again with the same circle, not only that, but keeping both of Sifu Gallants hands firmly in place, in that split second before Sifu Gallant knows what is happening, Sifu Dee gets a punch off into Sifu Gallants chin, one of the worst punches if hit just right.
Trapped and punch at exactly the right time. Works every time you use it.

What is so nice about this technique, especially against any type of fighter unaware of these types of technique, is that it works so fast it will make your head spin.
