Sticking techniques is a very unique method of learning how to stick to your opponent. Following the arm to the target, following the leg up to the target. When your target takes a step back, we take a step forward, always touching, always following, always sticking to your opponent. As it says, our arms will stick to yours, our legs will stick to your legs, it is that easy. Sticking techniques as with Trapping technique's most people think come from Wing Chun. This is very true, but these methods are in a few more styles and systems. There are some systems that will take the trapping techniques and sticking techniques from, and make it their own. Once you see the trapping and the sticking techniques in Wing Chun, that is when you will start to understand one of the element fists a little more, well maybe a lot. Once every one catches the first few methods it starts to become much easier, and with practise with your friend, you can find what fits you like a glove and not worry about anything else.

Sihing Chris, is practising his tai chi, and in tai chi is a few really wonderful Trapping and Sticking techniques, not like the Wing Chun either, completely different which is refreshing from someone who is used to seeing only one method.
