Single Wrist Escape Same side

 

Grabs your wrist, same side. Cross step to back, lift arm as you step, side kick into short ribs. Techniques like this one does not take long to work, all you have to do is make it part of your very essence, do it over and over again. Until it becomes part of your being.

 

Elbow Grab Escape

      

Attacker walks up to you and grabs you by the elbow, with one quick motion, make a large circle with your own arm, this would not work if your attacker was grabbing you by the wrist, but because it is above the elbow, or elbow, your own arm can make a large circle motion, which has to be very fast. As you turn your arm, side step to the back, and your attacker has to bend forward because of the force of your arm making that circle. All of these techniques should be taught to you by a qualified teacher, this is very important.
