Self Defense 5

Single Wrist Cross over escape

Attacker walks up to you and grabs you by the wrist cross over. Right away side step, same time small circle with your right hand, which he has grabbed, same time lift up under his elbow, now slide forward into an arrow stance, and keep the pressure under his elbow, and pushing his palm and wrist down. Causing him severe pain in wrist, elbow, shoulder. This is another technique that will allow you to learn certain motions for many types of attacks.

Choke Hold Escape

Man walks up to you and tries to chock you, right away sink your weight, and turn sideways, use your side punch, surprising how easy this is, all you have to do is learn it, and then it becomes part of you for your whole life. just like driving, once you learn, you know how to do it forever.

Choke Hold From Behind escape

Man walks up to you and grabs you by the neck from behind, again sink your weight, same time reach over and grab both his wrists, duck under his arms, and throw, this is an excellent example of Chinese Martial arts at work.

These techniques are the type that you could learn once, and be able to use it at any time, however in order for you to use it without thought, it to practise it with a partner for a few weeks to months, then it will be burned into your memory.

Full Nelson

Man walks up behind you and puts you in this hold, called, "Full Nelson", this is a very dangerous hold for someone to put you in, if you are not out of it with in a few seconds you will be sleeping, and just think what your attacker could do to you while you are unconscious, yes that is horrible, but it is the truth, and that is why this is so very important.

First, push fingers against your forehead, reach around to back and grab one of his fingers. This is all it takes. Little bit of knowledge can go a long way.

Spin your attacker down to ground, and run away, get police
