On the other side of Pansy Patch Park is the Muskrat River. So basically we have water that surrounds Pansy Patch Park.

Internal forms are any type of form that is down with a soft slow type of power, using the mind to move the body. Plus both have a plethora of technique having to do with many types of push hands, sticking hands, circle walk, line walking, and many more excellent forms of movement together.
