- Teaching Senior
Citizens
Sifu Fiedler taught Senior Citizens back in the early 90s, and said it was one of the most important classes he taught. He said he learned as much from the seniors, as they did if not more. Sifu Fiedler was so surprised at what they had to say, how to acted around him and how amazing they were to work with, it is a time he has always stated he would not ever forget. Soon we hope to have a seniors class like he taught so long ago.

kung fu school in Pembroke Ontario with Sifu Fiedler
Grand master Chow visits Pembroke and comes back many times during the years from 1981 to 1993.
