Long Bridge technique number four
Standing at neutral, ready to start long bridge four, in the air. Step forwards, double palm block with large circular motion.
As you move your body weight forward, high block with one arm, upper cut with other. Same again, slide foot forward, two circular palm blocks, sliding foot forward, high palm block, same time upper cut punch.
Same on other side
Again on other side, and this can keep on going all the way to the end of the room, then start again, and all the way to the other side, you can do this hundreds of times, making sure to stretch your body out when it is to be out, and pulling it in, when it needs to be in. Always have correct posture.
