Long Bridge Technique one
Starting in side bow, with arms to one side
Motion starts inside waist, moves out to the arms, whipping your motion from one into the next without any hard stiff type power, your arms stay flowing, and as you turn from one side to the next, you block, then strike, block, and then strike.
Your fists always hit the target, as you can see you turn your fists into the target, using your knuckles to strike with
This is a figure eight pattern in the air in front of you, this exercise is done as many times as you can until you can't hold your arms up any longer. This is much harder then what you think, and when you try this you will see that it is one of the best exercises for your shoulders, your back and neck muscles, also very good for your waste, and hips.
