Walking front kicks up hills

Excellent method to strengthen your front kick and bow stance, also your balance will become totally amazing.

       

 

Sifu Fiedler Hill Walk

Here Sifu Fiedler does his Bow stance and front kick training up the hill under the Mary Street bridge, he did this after his run every day. This was one of the best exercises for the legs, aside from a good run, between three and five Miles.  And remember when running, you have to run with good form, make sure to ask one of the instructors before you start to run so that he or she can help you run properly. First and foremost do not push it from the beginning, find out what is comfortable for you, then stay at that length for long time for adding any miles to your run. Always run on your ball of foot, if you notice any animals, they all run up on their balls of foot, we lost many things from becoming civilized. With Kung Fu we can bring many of these back.
