Chinese traditional Wu Shu
When we talk about or say the word, "Traditional", what we mean is it has nothing to do with sports. Martial sports has degraded the martial arts to a point it is not anything like it was just a hundred years ago.
Today we see things like the UFC, people actually think that this is martial arts, it has not one thing to do with martial arts. People that enter into this type of sport, are only fighters, not martial artists, that is all they care about, which is Ok, but what you must realize is that type of art will not work on the streets, it is taught for the ring, just as point fighting was taught for the mats, these have nothing to do with what is known as martial arts.
