Meditation
Horse stance training the "Will" Ying Yee stance, Training the "Chi" to move out
arms from the navel area!

Green Belt Student, training his form, green belt is half
way to black.
All self defense to Green belt must be at very high level to move on:
1.Wrist escape one - Cross over - side step - cat stance - arm break
2. Wrist escape two - Same side - cross step to back - side kick
3. Wrist escape three - Double - catch wrist - roll over to collar bone with
inverted fist.
4. Wrist escape four - Cross over - side step - push up under elbow pull hand
down to fingers - push - complete control.
5. Wrist escape five - Same side - catch wrist - turn body - break arm.
6. Wrist escape six - Double - little knuckle to nerve on wrist of opposite arm
- many endings.
7. Choke hold escape one - Hidden distance - side punch - sink weight.
8. Choke hold escape two - Over hand wrist grab - collapse elbow - swing over
head - trap both arms - moving into a horse stance - elbow smash to head.
9. Hair pull escape one - Grab two hands on head - uppercut to throat.
10. Hair pull escape two - Down on one knee - block in coming knee to face -
punch to groin - many endings.
11. Front push escape one - Slap block - cat stance - open hand inside block
turning palms - push.
12. Front push escape two - Hook one hand down - open inside block up attack
neck with elbow - palm to head - knife hand to collar bone - circle punch
downwards to groin.
13. Cloths grab escape one - Cross hands over top of arms - elbows in - down on
one knee - double hand punch to face.
14. Cloths grab escape two - Back of hand attack with thumb knuckles - many
endings
15. Shoulder grab escape one - Grab wrist - hit under elbow - take down.
16. Head lock escape one - Front door - back door - kidney attack - block face -
finger pull to eyes - back of leg attack with ridge hand - pull down to knee
breaking back - push body off of knee away from you.
Now you are ready to go on to blue belt if you meet all the requirements from
white to green belt.
