We are under new management and are starting to organize the main classes, if you have a group that wants a special time for class, come in and talk to Sifu Nomis

Family Class
This class is one of the best classes you can become involved with if you have a family that wants to train together. It is also a very good class for anyone to join that has no experience at all dealing with the martial arts. Please come in and talk to Doctor Aaron Simon.
Class times are from:................7:15 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Thurs Night
Family Class
Class times will be same as Tues.
7:15 p.m - 9:00 p.m.
Upcoming Events
- Combat Class
Taught only to black belts from other systems, military and police - Childrens Class
This class will start in the new year, at a different location, stand by for information.
