Ancient Training

In ancient China, as the martial arts developed, the masters of each system started to document their training methods. They would write these down in manuscripts they would make for the next generation of masters. Some of the ancient arts that have been lost for hundreds of years, are sometimes found on these ancient manuscripts. There are exact methods for people to move in forms, or to do certain techniques that can cause certain reaction in the human body. For instance, to develop a great Iron broom technique, they used to train on small trees or poles stuck in the ground. To be able to jump high in the air, they used to dig holes in the ground, then jump out jumping with both feet at the same time from a horse stance. They would do this jump until the day it was easy, then dig down deeper, again practise until it was easy, this for years until they could jump higher then any normal person. There are many methods for training the hands, when we talk about the hand in the Chinese martial art, it is not just the fist, it is every single type of claw, fist, knife hand, and so on. Every single method would cause a different effect, and with years of practice, it would cause results that would be other wise thought incredible, or impossible.
