TO BLACK BELT DRILLS







Advanced Drills

 





1. Practice with partner as much as you can on each other with flying scissors technique.

2. Tiger Tail, Spinning side kick, Flying spinning side kick.

3. Flying Crescent Kick, Spinning Crescent Kick, Iron Broom.

4. Long Technique’s # 1 to # 10

5. Short Technique’s # 1 to # 10

6. Poison Hand Technique # 1 to # 5 to black belt, unless farther in the sash system then you will know all twenty five of them.

7. Key Hand Technique # 1 to # 5 to black belt, same as above.

8. Chi Kung # 1 to # 10 to black belt again unless in sash system.

9. Stick form, # 1 “Please some of you would you practice this form with passion, with heart with feeling.

10. Start Stick form # 2 “only for those that prove they can make stick one fly with power, grace, and speed.

11. Walking with partner backwards doing floating blocks, while your partner does Monkey Step, with Long Length Center Punch.

12. Walking with partner backwards doing tiger claw circular blocks, while your partner does Monkey Step with Long Length Center Punch.

13. Single Push Hands, this is the time to learn if you do not already know, in fact it is so important at this level that you will be surprised once you really feel the results from it. Just ask me to start to teach it as part of the advanced class.

14. Double Pushing Hands, this again, I can not stress the importance enough about what kind of hidden secret lies before you “only if you persist every day” forms, meditation, and smile.

15. We must find time for self defense classes that are for the whole lesson, that is another area that you can not train to much in. Please lets get the Self Defense to a very high level of achievement, I know that each and every one of you can do it.

16. Forms training, yes I know you thought I would says it, well I did. You know that I could tell you tell I am blue in the face how important forms are, the benefits, the power, the technique, the timing, the speed, the flowing motion, “I mean should I really go on” that is what I mean there is to much in forms to let them go to heck. You have to set a time every day and do your forms at least once. Honestly just once a day, and watch in six months, trust me, do it and find out.
