Sifu Dee's first Black Belt, Sihing Shelly When Sifu Dee started to teach it was at Club 2000, he went to teach with Sifu James Croy, and Sifu Larry Klentz, so he learned how to teach by watching them closely. With in a couple of years, Sifu Dee had his own teaching degree and was able to take his own classes under the direction of Sifu James Croy. Sihing Shelly was one of Sifu Dee's first students, he taught them almost every single day, because it was before he was married and before having his first child. Now Sifu Dee does not have the time he once had, but still finds the time to train four or five days a week. Sihing Shelly was totally amazing, and you could see the pride in Sifu Dee's eyes when talking of Shelly. He did an excellent job and Sifu James Croy said he could not be more proud of Sifu Dee, especially being his very first black belt. Sihing Shelly joined the military and has been out of town all this time, we do miss her, and hope she is always well and always safe.

"You are thrown to the ground, someone tries to kick you in the head right away"
As he kicks to your head. scoop his kicking leg from under, sweep his leg to other side of your head, punch his groin with other hand, then other fist
grab behind his legs, kick to solar plexus, quickly go to stance, on guard.
