Grand Master Chow teaches a very rare form of Ying Yee
Grand Master Chow
Grand Master Chow above, is the head of a very rare form of Ying Yee. His Grand Master taught only GM Chow in all of Hong Kong. The Teacher did not want to ever teach again, because of something that happened in China. But because GM Chows father gave him food and lodgings until he was on his feet. He had just swam across a little piece of Ocean from the mainland of China to Hong Kong. He wanted to thank GM Chow's father some way, and little Chow knew he was a famous kung fu teacher from China, so the little chow pulled on his pant leg and asked if he could learn kung fu. He had seen him training outside during the day and really wanted to learn. At the same time, he was not doing well in school, he was mischievous, he was always trying to skip school to do other things. That is when GM Chows father wondered if Kung Fu would make the young Chow obey and respect. And of course the kung fu teacher told GM Chows father he would teach the little Chow. Time went on, and as the years went bye, the old master was so happy that he taught GM Chow all that he knew. When GM Chow was sixteen years of age, Grand Master Chow entered the all Hong Kong championship that is held underground every four years by the Chinese Tong. At sixteen years of age, he won every size and weight category, he was amazing.
